The Gallery of Ralph Hunt Williams
As a professional wildlife and nature photographer for over thirty years
I have traveled from one end of the country to the other. My photographs
have sold commercially worldwide and have been published by the National
Geographic Society, Natural History Magazine, and the Sierra Club.
My lifetime interest in art led me to become first a photographer and
later a painter. As a professional watercolorist for the past fifteen
years my original paintings have been shown in local galleries, Seattle's
Frye Art Museum, and several art shows throughout the state. For five years
in the heart of downtown Seattle I operated my own studio-gallery where my
list of patrons included art lovers from all over the world.
Included in this selection are a few images from an ongoing popular series
I call my Petroglyph or Cave series. The landscapes shown are selected from
the many Western scenes I have painted. Most are from the Northern Plains
and Rocky Mountain region, long one of my favorite parts of the country.
All paintings are sold unmatted and unframed. This allows you or your
decorator to complement the style and décor of your environment with
customized framing.
